They also improve customer satisfaction. Services like personalized packaging or thorough QA checks lead to more accurate orders and a better unboxing experience for your customers. Additionally, VAS can give you a competitive advantage by differentiating your brand (unique packages, special inserts) and allowing you to adapt quickly to changes (since your 3PL can handle last-minute adjustments or seasonal surges).
