Rancho Dominguez, CA - March 19, 2026 - jam-n Logistics, a leading third-party logistics partner with over 30 years of experience in the fulfillment industry, today announced the appointment of Jon Deusenberry as Chief Financial Officer.
Deusenberry brings nearly four decades of financial leadership experience across logistics, transportation, and complex operating environments. He has held executive finance roles at both regional and global levels, most recently serving as CFO and Board Member of Odace Investment Consortium, U.S. and previously as Vice President of Finance within Global Business Services at UPS.
Throughout his career, Deusenberry has led large-scale financial transformations aimed at improving profitability and operating leverage. At UPS, he played a key leadership role in modernizing payroll and timekeeping systems for more than 30,000 employees and helped drive significant cost efficiencies through SaaS-based workforce technology partnerships.
In prior regional and district leadership roles, Deusenberry was responsible for business unit profitability, forecasting, execution reporting, and revenue initiatives across multi-state operations. His work included developing operational finance tools that improved margin performance, streamlining planning processes, and leading cross-functional executive committees focused on sustainable growth.

Deusenberry holds an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento. He has also completed Executive Perspectives at Emory University. In addition to his corporate leadership, he serves in community and board leadership roles, including Board Chair positions within regional business and professional development organizations.
