The one word that can best describe our management
team is; diverse. Boasting a broad
range of logistics industry experience, our team includes.
Arthur Bravo
Our freight forwarding operations manager,
Arthur has been working with JAM-N Logistics for a relatively short
period of time (since 2006) but his positive impact has been tremendous.
Art's 10-plus years worth of experience started on the warehouse
floor, physically receiving time sensitive merchandise from all
over the globe.
Art's attention to detail and work ethic
afforded him an opportunity in the air and ocean import office.
Within a period of three years, Art went from; physically handling
cargo, to running documents, to directly booking and tracking the
flow of thousands of containers annually and negotiating contracts
directly with major steamship lines.
Jeffrey Sun
Our international quality control manager
Jeffrey is a native of Shanghai, China - and has extensive experience
in quality control inspections ranging from basic textiles to very
complex garment manufacturing.Jeffrey
began performing inspections throughout China in the late 90's.
His close attention to fine detail afforded him a series of promotions
which quickly moved him into management.
As Quality Control Manager, Jeffery oversaw
the high-paced production of several Chinese factories while managing
teams of inspectors. Jeffrey joined the JAM-N Team in early 2007
and his positive impact has been immediate and immeasurably beneficial.
Brian Rock
Even our Sales and Business Development
Manager garnered his experience from an operational perspective.
Brian Rock joined the JAM-N Logistics Team in 1997 and served as
our domestic General Manager until 2003. At that time, our current
General Manager; Chris Thiel took over the reigns operationally
and Brian moved to Asia, where he gained a first hand experience
of how manufacturing and freight movements take place, in China
and Southeast Asia.
Brian spent the better part of two years
personally creating quality control procedures for US based companies
and performing inspections throughout Southeast Asia and China -
including Dong Guan, Guang Zhou, Foshan, Shanghai, Nan Jing and
Hong Kong. Brian returned to the United States a couple years ago
and has now taken a role in International Business Development,
Sales and Marketing.
Chris Thiel
Our Los Angeles based, domestic General
Manager; Chris has garnered his vast warehousing and logistics experience,
from what can be simply described as the bottom up. Chris started
working in the industry in 1986 as a lift operator and quickly moved
through the ranks. Prior to joining the JAM-N Team, in 2003, Chris
managed over 500,000 square feet worth of warehouse space and over
150 clients. This, hands on perspective, provided Chris with all
of the tools and the know how.
We are also very proud to have such well-rounded
and accessible managers such as Chris, Art, Jeffrey and Brian. These
individuals not only understand the process, on paper, but have
also performed the job personally. We are confident in the fact
that of our associates benefit greatly from this hands on experience.
We are equally confident in the fact that
the JAM-N Logistics Team will not only understand and easily identify
any potential issues. But will offer real and viable solutions to
any of your supply chain challenges.
